Oldham County Court is located in Oldham Town Centre, boasting excellent local amenities and public transport links to both the wider Oldham area and Manchester City Centre. The four-storey former court closed in 2017, and the development of this brownfield site will provide a significant contribution to the regeneration of Oldham Town Centre.

The site was purchased in February 2020 and One Heritage secured planning approval to convert the existing building into 42 residential apartments. In Q3 2021, One Heritage executed a forward fund deal to sell the scheme to Arcon Housing Association, a subsidiary of Bolton at Home. The scheme will deliver 100% affordable housing, with a combination of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments alongside 8 car parking spaces and 100% cycle provision.

Works commenced on site in Q3 2021 and are due to be completed in Q3 2022. Winworth Construction Ltd are the principal contractor on the scheme, with Studio KMA, Neo Projects and RJD Associates forming the wider design and delivery team.
