Oldham County Court was purchased in February 202 and One Heritage secured planning approval to convert into 42 residential apartments.  In Q2 2021, One Heritage executed a forward funding deal to sell the scheme to Arcon Housing Association.  The development provides 42 apartments for affordable housing use in a mixture of 1, 2 and 3 bed apartments.

Works commenced in Q2 2021 and are due to be completed Q4 2022.  One Heritage are working in collaboration with Arcon Housing Association to ensure a quality residential development is handed over.
