Lincoln House is located on Nelson Street, a key arterial road into Bolton Town Centre which is a 10-minute walk to the north of the development. The site is well-served by public transport with the majority of Great Lever and Farnworth buses passing the site regularly. The immediate surrounding area is characterised by a mix of existing terrace housing and light industrial uses.

Lincoln House is a prominent five-storey building which was originally constructed as an office development. The building is being converted into 88 apartments in a mixture of Studio, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units. The units on the top floor each have a balcony and there are 52 parking spaces and a cycle store for 20 bicycles. The works include the retention of the existing building structure.

The works are being delivered by Medlock FRB, with project managers Cube, architects Allison Pike, structural engineers Kennedy Redford, mechanical and electrical engineers King Associates and principal designers RJD.

It is anticipated that works will be completed Summer 2022.
