Property Management is handled by One Heritage Property Services who undertake residential property management on behalf of the Group and third-party landlords.
Also within the group we complete all refurbishment work and our properties go through a full rip out back to brick, along with a full rewiring and re-plaster. Dormer extensions, loft conversions and single storey extensions are usually added to increase living space of our properties. Our properties are finished to a high-quality standard, with feature walls in all bedrooms to suit the properties design and theme is carried on throughout.
