The residential rental market has seen the emergence of further categories over the last few years, differentiating the market between self-contained apartments and co-living.

Co-living properties are designed to accommodate a number of individual paying tenants under one roof with shared amenity space. Unlike a regular buy to let property, the rooms are classed as singular occupancies, which can be let out to individual paying tenants.

One Heritage Complete serves the North of England and in September 2020 opened its first lettings office in London. One Heritage Complete companies offer the Letting and Property and Facilities Management services for One Heritage Group PLC whilst also managing the process of acquiring existing housing stock, redeveloping, and refurbishing it into high-quality Co-living space.

Property management is handled by One Heritage Letting who undertake residential property management on behalf of the Group and third-party landlords.

Also within the group we complete all refurbishment work and our properties go through a full rip out back to brick, along with a full rewiring and re-plaster. Dormer extensions, loft conversions and single storey extensions are usually added to increase living space of our properties. Our properties are finished to a high-quality standard, with feature walls in all bedrooms to suit the properties design and theme is carried on throughout.
