One Heritage hires two directors
Martin Crews has been appointed as Development Director and Luke Piggin as Finance Director of One Heritage Property Development.
One Heritage Property Development made the new hires as it prepares for a public listing in the coming months and completes the acquisition of a development site on Manchester’s Chester Road.
Martin Crews joins the company from CityBlock Group, a developer specialising in student accommodation, where he worked for more than four years. Prior to that, he was director of HAAS Group in Manchester, after three years as a project manager at Cheadle-based property investor The Mansion Group.
At One Heritage, his focus will be on delivering the firm’s development pipeline and expanding its portfolio.
Luke Piggin has been appointed as Finance Director and joins from Johannesburg-listed investor and developer MAS Real Estate, where he was Senior Manager. He has previously held roles at Big Four professional services firm KPMG and at Tailorbet.
