Tom Chambers

Tom is employed as Development Manager working within the Development team to support the sourcing and acquisition of new development opportunities, the management of projects through the pre-construction development process and identifying the most appropriate exit and funding routes.

Tom has a wealth of experience in the analysis, acquisition and development of UK real estate opportunities.  Prior to One Heritage Group Tom held the role of Senior Development & Acquisition Manager for Amstone Developments, a developer of large-scale residential schemes, retaining principle responsibility for the company’s key development projects primarily a landmark placemaking scheme of 560+ homes in Stockport town centre and a Build to Rent project of 170 homes in Derby City Centre.

In addition, Tom has circa 10 years Real Estate experience leading the UK development pipeline for a NYSE listed children’s nursery group with over 300 nurseries in the UK and 1,100 nurseries worldwide. Tom’s higher education includes an Undergraduate degree (BA Hons) in Business Studies from the University of Sheffield and a Masters degree (MSc) in Real Estate & Property Management from the University of Sheffield.
