Paul Westhead

Paul leads and oversees all Development activities at One Heritage, where he was strategically appointed to restructure the Development team and address historical issues. His goal is to prepare the team for an increased volume of development transactions across the North of England in the coming years. This involves streamlining processes and establishing clear brand expectations for various projects, including urban apartment schemes and provincial housing schemes. The full five-year strategic positioning of the development team is set to be completed by 2023.

Paul’s educational background includes an MSc in Real Estate & Property Management from Salford University, where he achieved a Distinction, and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) Degree in Business Studies/Management from UCLAN. Additionally, he obtained a Banking Diploma from Blackburn College between 1986 and 1990.
