Jason Upton, One Heritage Group CEO, talks to Proactive London’s Katie Pilbeam about progress after nearly a year a listed firm.

Developed or refurbished properties owned by the group are advertised to investors through a marketing network across Asia. Upton discusses the demand for UK residential property from overseas investors and the emphasis the company has on city centre locations for residential development.

Upton also discusses the company’s strategy which also includes development management and property services, alongside it’s residential development projects.
