Jack Brindle

Jack is responsible for managing residential developments, overseeing their acquisition and delivery, and expanding the development pipeline for his group. He identifies new development opportunities, both in land and existing buildings, and collaborates with the development team to understand their potential, maximize value, and assess risks. Jack’s expertise lies in financially appraising new opportunities to create business plans that support site/building acquisition. Once sourced, he takes charge of bringing development sites through planning and works closely with the project management team for successful delivery.

Jack holds a BSc. Real Estate degree (2.1) from the University of Reading, where he specialized in Real Estate Development. After university, he joined Jones Lang LaSalle’s graduate scheme, where he spent 18 months rotating across four different departments in their Manchester office.

He is a chartered member of the RICS after passing his APC in 2021. Jack then joined the Development Consultancy and Capital Markets team at JLL, gaining two years of experience in significant development projects. He provided development consultancy and transaction advice to clients, focusing on the identification, acquisition, due diligence, evaluation, and disposal of residential and mixed-use development sites in the Northwest of England.
