Geoff Willis

Geoff assumes the role of overseeing the company’s development pipeline and advancing opportunities from their conceptual stage to the delivery phase. His responsibilities encompass design development, initial appointments, and obtaining internal and external approvals for new projects.

Geoff is an astute and accomplished Chartered Surveyor and Marketeer. He holds an undergraduate degree from Reading University and possesses a wealth of experience in both public and private sectors. Geoff’s expertise lies in project management and property development, making him well-equipped to navigate through dynamic and demanding business environments.

Geoff’s real estate career spans circa 25 years in the UK and overseas, which includes 8 years with Manchester City Council, where he was actively involved in some of Manchester’s most exciting placemaking schemes such as Piccadilly Place and New Islington.  Geoff has recently facilitated several significant hotel and residential deals in the Northwest, which include Liverpool Waters and Wilburn Wharf.
