Ian Oates

Ian has a master’s degree in Architecture: Advanced Environmental & Sustainability, and a Higher National Diploma in Construction Management. Ian also has a Leadership and Management level 3 qualification, and a bachelor’s degree in Management Sciences.

Ian is a highly experienced Development Project Manager, with experience working for iQ Student Accommodation, and Wilson Bowden Developments. Ian has delivered over £50m in fast-track refurbishments, including studios and first-class amenity spaces across 30 sites within 12 months. Ian has previously supported his team in delivering PBSA and co-living projects ranging between £50-80m in Manchester, Leeds, and Coventry.
