Rob Haynes

Rob has recently relocated to Manchester from London and brings with him 12 years’ experience in the residential sector across consultancy, asset management and a more recent focus on acquisitions. From 2014-2021 Rob worked for Delph Property Group a leading national PRS landlord and investor analysing and acquiring sites, from SME developers, across the UK. More recently Rob worked for LRC Group, an investment and fund management firm, where he worked on deploying capital into the UK residential sector.
