One Heritage Group PLC is pleased to welcome Harriet Smith as Senior Development Surveyor and Sabine Dunstan as Development Surveyor to the development team.

Harriet is a Chartered Surveyor with over 7 years’ experience, most of which was gained working within the Development and Planning team at Cushman and Wakefield. During this time she provided detailed property market research and analysis to support both private and public clients to deliver complex regeneration and development projects across the North West.

Sabine graduated with a first-class degree from Cambridge University in 2018 before joining Barratt Developments’ firstly on the graduate scheme and then as a trainee land buyer. Sabine gained further development and acquisition experience as a land buyer at Sumo Developments and is currently working towards becoming a RICS Chartered Planning and Development Surveyor.
